Children’s Homes

NOMAD’s longest running outreach initiatives are our monthly visits to three local group children’s homes. These facilities are a safe haven for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

Some of the children we see are on track to be reunited with their families, others to be adopted, and then there are some who will be in group care until they age out of the system. Whatever their situations we have seen that regular visits from the NOMAD team give them reliable fun to look forward to every month.
